Retail Assets Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assets Manager to lead our retail assets team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, microfinance, small ticket loans, team management, and rural sales. The Retail Assets Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our retail assets portfolio, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the retail assets portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets for small ticket loans and other retail financial products.
Rural Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in rural markets, identifying new business opportunities.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all retail asset activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 – 3 years in banking, microfinance, small ticket loans, team management, and rural sales.
Education: Any degree; MBA or PGDBN preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the retail finance sector.
