Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Retail Assets Relationship Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience as a field officer in microfinance, rural sales, JLG financing, or microcredit. The Retail Assets Relationship Officers will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and supporting our retail assets portfolio in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Field Work: Conduct field visits to rural areas, engage with potential clients, and promote our financial products and services.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for retail assets, including small ticket loans and microcredit.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community leaders and local organizations to enhance outreach and support.
Loan Processing: Assist clients with loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year as a field officer in microfinance, rural sales, JLG financing, or microcredit.
Education: Plus Two.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in the field, and a good understanding of rural financial markets.
